Working together

Everything about working with me, written out: the steps, the prices, what you pay others and what stays yours.

How a project goes

  1. 01

    First talk

We go through what you need and who it is for.

  2. 02

    Quote

A clear quote. We start once you accept it and pay the deposit.

  3. 03

    Design

You click through a Figma prototype and give feedback before any code is written.

  4. 04

    Build

You get a test link to see the real website before it goes live.

  5. 05

    Launch

After the final payment it goes live on your own domain, and I submit it to Google.

  6. 06

    After launch

A care plan, or changes when you need them.

iPhone apps

Always custom, because the price depends on what the app needs to do. After a short call you get a clear quote.

  • You see the screens designed before I build them.
  • You test the app on your own iPhone through TestFlight, Apple's testing app.
  • It is published under your own Apple Developer account, so it belongs to you.
  • Apple charges about €99 a year for that account, paid by you.

Care plans

  • Plus – €59 a monthEverything from Basic, 1.5 hours of small changes a month and a monthly visitor report.
  • No care planChanges at €45 per hour.

Payment

  • 50% before work starts, 50% before launch.
  • Invoices are due within 14 days.
  • Costs from other companies, like your domain, are paid by you directly, never through me.

What's yours

Once the final invoice is paid, everything made for your project is yours.

  • Your domain and hosting, on your own accounts
  • The code, moved to your own GitHub at launch
  • The final design files
  • Your app, under your own Apple account
  • Your Google Search Console and Business Profile

Accounts you create

In your own name. You invite me as a member, I never ask for your passwords, and you can remove me at any time. I send you simple steps for each one.

  • Google Search ConsoleHow your website shows up in Google
  • Google Business ProfileYour business on Google Maps
  • Apple Developer ProgramOnly for apps
  • Stripe or a shop serviceOnly for shops

  • HostingUsually free on Cloudflare's free plan
  • Apple Developer ProgramAbout €99 a year, only for apps
  • Services you chooseFor example a shop or booking system

Being found on Google

Nobody can honestly promise a top spot in Google. I build the base for it.

  • Every page is built so Google can read it: clear titles, fast pages, a sitemap and your business details.
  • I submit your website to Google Search Console at launch.
  • You create your Google Business Profile, because Google verifies it with you. I send you the steps.
  • New websites usually show up within days to a few weeks. After that, reviews and up-to-date details help most.

Your part

  • Texts, photos and logo on time, or the writing extra
  • Feedback in one go per round
  • Creating the accounts above when I ask
  • If content or feedback arrives late, the planning moves with it

When we stop

  • You keep everything: the code, the website and the accounts.
  • You get a list of every account and what it is for.
  • My access is removed from all your accounts.
