This website belongs to Hugo Molin. I keep the data I collect to a minimum and only use it for the reasons below.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email address, what your message is about and the message itself. I use this only to reply to you and to discuss your project.
The message is delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email service. I keep messages as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and delete them when you ask.
Analytics without cookies
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Read more in the cookie policy.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse.
Client projects
When I build a website for you that handles your customers' personal data, we sign a data processing agreement that explains how that data is protected.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I have about you. Send your request through the contact form and I will respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
